Dr. Madhavi Bathula
Since founding Halvik in 2007, Madhavi has successfully led the company through remarkable growth while maintaining an intense focus on quality and implementation of best practices for service delivery. As CEO, she actively supports strategic planning, corporate operations, and customer communications. Before leading Halvik, Madhavi completed her medical residency in Neurology and fellowship in Neuromuscular Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Vijay Bathula
As president of Halvik, Vijay is responsible for the company’s strategic vision, growth, and client services. Under his leadership, Halvik has seen significant growth grounded in the company’s simple mantra of “We measure our success based on our customers’ success, and we treat our partners like customers.” He is well regarded as an unconventional thinker who challenges the status quo to support customers and their mission needs. Prior to Halvik, Vijay held senior technologist roles with several large and small firms supporting a variety of U.S. Federal agencies. Vijay holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Marymount University.

Meet Greg

Greg Garno
Greg serves as Halvik’s Senior Vice President of Strategy and is committed to helping Halvik continue to grow and deliver exceptional services to our customers. He is an experienced executive with the proven ability to deliver high customer satisfaction while driving corporate growth, establishing lasting partnerships, and providing leadership and mentoring for employee development. He has directed programs executing large, full lifecycle software development and maintenance activities; enterprise-wide IT infrastructure engineering, O&M, and oversight; Agile coaching; professional services and technical oversight support; and Cybersecurity engineering and operations. He also helped direct Agile transformations at multiple organizations to drive efficiency while reducing costs and time to market. Under his guidance, Halvik has expanded into several new U.S. Federal markets including the Department of Transportation, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Treasury, and others. Greg possesses a B.A. in Management Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo and multiple management and technical certifications.

Mohan Shan
Mohan Shan is the Senior Vice President of Delivery at Halvik, where he spearheads strategic initiatives designed to accelerate customer mission success, boost operational efficiency, and deliver innovative, results-focused solutions tailored to evolving federal requirements. Drawing on extensive experience as a technologist, strategic advisor, and international negotiator for the U.S. government, Mohan has successfully led complex digital transformations that deliver measurable value and advance customer missions. Passionate about embedding a delivery excellence mindset across Halvik’s teams, Mohan emphasizes that lasting success is achieved by consistently delivering tangible results aligned to customer priorities. He strengthens delivery capabilities by fostering high-performing teams, refining processes, and instilling a culture of operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Mohan holds an M.S. in Management from the University of Virginia, and undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics.

Brian Davison
As Vice President of Data Services, Brian brings nearly 30 years of military and professional experience with expertise in data services, analytics, and artificial Intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML). Brian directs efforts to define and sustain Halvik’s overall technical vision, direction, and strategy in data services and AI/ML to align with our customers’ business goals. He serves as a visionary, results-oriented technical executive, coupling technological innovation with time-tested and emerging technologies and forward-thinking leadership to provide best-in-class solutions. He leads the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships and oversees the hiring, development, and management of specialized technical staff. He also ensures the Halvik team has access to current, relevant, and valid information associated with emerging IT tools, technologies, and techniques to support growth objectives and the sustained delivery of IT services to our customers. Brian possesses an M.E. and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and several management and technical certifications.

Scott Dees
As Vice President, Scott serves in a strategic role working across multiple Halvik accounts and delivery teams, helping to deliver innovative technologies. He possesses over 30 years of experience leading and implementing progressive technology solutions, having overseen multiple large, complex, mission-critical efforts for various Defense and National Security-related agencies, including transformational activities with direct impact on the Warfighter. Prior to his current role, Scott was responsible for Halvik’s U.S. Army account, leading technology development and overseeing program cost, schedule, and performance. Scott holds an M.S. in Computer Science from George Mason University and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Georgia, along with several management, technical, and cybersecurity certifications.

Nii Dowuona
Nii serves as Vice President at Halvik, leading account management and delivering best-in-class solutions for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and broader Department of Commerce. He is a technology and business management leader with over 20 years of experience in product development, strategic system design, implementation and integration, client relationships, business development and contract and account management. Nii has a proven track record of leading large-scale programs and projects and consistently demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships by managing the expectations of all stakeholders at all levels. He has an MBA/MS in Finance from the University of Maryland.

Ernesto Flores

Ernesto Flores
As Vice President, Ernesto brings over 35 years of combined Government and Federal contracting experience leading large contractor teams to support his customers’ mission needs. He also served for 21 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, with 10 years as an officer. He currently oversees several of Halvik’s largest programs, including work at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and U.S. Special Operations Command. Ernesto earned an M.S. in Telecommunication Management from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Alison Santighian
As Vice President, Alison leads Halvik’s largest account with the U.S. Army and SOCOM. Alison enables growth through mission-focused partnerships with industry and the Government, having led a portfolio for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, National Guard, Department of State, and other DoD/National Security agencies. In her more than 25 years of leadership roles, Alison has led corporations, non-profits, and federal agencies to adopt practices and strategies for understanding and capitalizing on market needs. Alison has an M.S. in Organization Development from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in German Language from the University of Maryland College Park.

Philip Soucacos
As DOT Account Manager, Philip is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Halvik’s diverse DOT portfolio. He identifies and responds to new market opportunities, creates and establishes strategic partnerships, and promotes client satisfaction. He brings over 18 years of experience delivering client solutions at the intersection of emerging technologies and infrastructure with a focus on transportation and related environmental issues. He has applied advanced data, software and technology solutions to address some of the key challenges faced by airports, FAA and other federal agencies, including DOT. He is an integrator with a passion for building and leading high-performance teams, fostering collaboration, and promoting employee development. Philip holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in engineering from George Mason University.

Ranjit Gupte
Ranjit serves as Halvik’s CFO and Vice President of Finance. He is a visionary business leader with a rich background in manufacturing, government contracting, and international business and deep knowledge in strategy, finance, accounting, and strategic business operations. Ranjit leads Halvik’s core business operations teams including accounting, finance, and corporate compliance. He possesses an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and is a licensed CPA.

As Human Resources Director, Cathy brings over 25 years of senior executive, operations, and HR experience with a passion for people-focused engagement. Cathy possesses an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and several management certifications.

Kristen serves as Director of Contracts for Halvik, managing the contract lifecycle while ensuring compliance with regulations and developing and executing contract strategies that align with company objectives. She has an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Miami.

Dave Ralston
As DoD Account Executive, Dave supports Halvik’s key strategic Army and DoD customers. Dave is also a senior mentor for the Army’s Force Integration Course for Senior Leaders, designed to teach new generals and SESs on the Pentagon processes that senior Army leaders use to make strategic decisions. Dave retired from the U.S. Army (Ret. MG) after a distinguished 32-year career. He then became an executive at several government consulting firms where he managed the P&L of an extensive portfolio of cyber, geospatial intelligence, and systems integration programs for the DoD. Dave possesses several graduate certifications from the Department of Defense, and an M.P.A. from Central Michigan University.
