Dr. Madhavi Bathula
Since founding Halvik in 2007, Madhavi has successfully led the company through many years of remarkable growth. She actively supports strategic planning, corporate operations, and customer communications. Under her leadership, Halvik has maintained an intense focus on quality and implementation of best practices for service delivery. Before leading Halvik, Madhavi completed her medical residency in Neurology and fellowship in Neuromuscular Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Vijay Bathula
Vijay is responsible for the company’s strategic vision, growth, and client services. Under his leadership, Halvik has seen significant growth that is grounded in our simple mantra – “We measure our success based on our customers’ success, and we treat our partners like customers”. He is well-regarded as an unconventional thinker who is not afraid to break old patterns and explore new possibilities for our customers and their mission needs. Prior to Halvik, Vijay held various senior technologist roles with several small and large firms supporting a variety of US Federal agencies. Vijay holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Marymount University.

Ranjit Gupte
Ranjit is a visionary business leader with a rich background in manufacturing, government contracting, and international business. He possesses deep knowledge in strategy, finance, accounting, and strategic business operations. He leads our core business operations teams including accounting, finance, and corporate compliance. He previously served as CFO and VP of Finance for ME&A, a mid-size government contractor. Ranjit possesses an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, and he is a licensed CPA.

Greg Garno
Greg is an experienced executive with the proven ability to deliver high customer satisfaction while driving corporate growth. He is committed to delivering a positive experience for employees, customers, and partners alike. Greg has helped direct Agile transformations at multiple organizations to improve service delivery while reducing costs and time to market. Under his leadership, Halvik has expanded into several new US Federal markets including the Department of Transportation, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Treasury, and other agencies. Prior to joining Halvik, Greg was a senior leader and executive at Ariel Partners and ECS Federal. Greg possesses a B.A. in Management Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo and multiple management and technical certifications.

Ernesto Flores
Ernesto brings over 35 years of combined Government and Federal contracting experience, having served for 21 years, with 10 years as an officer in the US Marine Corps, and leading large contractor teams to support his customer’s mission needs. He currently oversees several of Halvik’s largest programs for customers including work at the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and US Special Operations Command. Ernesto earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University, and an M.S. in Telecommunication Management from the University of Maryland.

Alison Santighian
In her more than 20 years of leadership roles, Alison has led corporations, non-profits, and federal agencies to adopt practices and strategies for understanding and capitalizing on market needs. From designing and delivering grassroots advocacy training programs for 20-3500 volunteers, to managing delivery, capture and proposal professionals, Alison builds groundbreaking teams. She currently oversees Halvik’s largest portfolio of programs across multiple US Federal agencies including the US Army, US Navy, National Guard, Department of State, and the Federal Communications Commission, among others. Alison possesses a B.A. in German Language studies from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University.

Scott Dees
Scott possesses over 30 years of experience leading and implementing progressive technology solutions. He has overseen multiple large, complex, mission critical efforts for various Defense and National Security-related agencies, including transformational activities with direct impact to the Warfighter. He currently serves in a strategic role working across multiple Halvik accounts and delivery teams, helping to deliver innovative technologies. He has led integrated teams at the corporate level including business development, capture operations, solution development, proposal development, and process improvement. Prior to his current role, Scott was responsible for Halvik’s US Army account leading technology development and overseeing program cost, schedule, and performance. Scott holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Georgia, an M.S. in Computer Science from George Mason University, and several management, technical, and cybersecurity certifications.

Brian Davison
Brian brings over 20 years of experience with a background in both military security and technology implementations. He also capitalizes on over 12 years of transition and reporting experience, notably contributing to the DASA analytics program and the Navy Special Warfare Logistics project. Brian possesses comprehensive knowledge of databases, CMS/KMS, ERP, datacenter migrations, and is well-versed in a range of technologies ranging from JAVA to Oracle’s suite. He currently oversees our delivery teams at the Department of Transportation and supports multiple corporate initiatives, including our technology vendor partnering programs and innovation centers. Brian possesses a B.S. and M.E. in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and several management and technical certifications.

Meet Dave
Dave Ralston
Dave retired from the US Army (Ret. MG) after a distinguished 32-year career. He then became an executive at several government consulting firms including President of GSSC-CGI, a wholly owned subsidiary of CGI Federal Inc. where he managed the P&L of an extensive portfolio of cyber, geospatial intelligence, and systems integration programs for the DoD. Dave currently works as our DoD Account Executive, supporting Halvik’s key strategic Army and DoD customers. Dave is also a senior mentor for the Army’s Force Integration Course for Senior Leaders, which is designed to teach new generals and SESs on the Pentagon processes that senior Army leaders use to make strategic decisions. Dave possesses several graduate certifications from the Department of Defense, and an M.P.A. from Central Michigan University.

Tony Diecidue
With over 40 years in business operations, growth and development, Tony Diecidue is a seasoned leader at Halvik. His roles at various public agencies as a senior government employee and executive leadership at private firms, including as a Senior Director at Blue Canopy Group and Jacobs, showcase his industry expertise. Tony currently directs our strategic operations within Halvik’s National Security and Department of Commerce accounts. Passionate about the environment, Tony started his career at the U.S Environmental Protection Agency where he served for nearly 15 years, and was a significant contributor to the 501(c)(3) environmental nonprofit The Nature Generation’s initiatives for over a decade as a Board member. Tony holds a B.A. in Political Science from Marietta College and an M.P.A. from American University.

Cathy Moortgat
Cathy brings over 25 years of senior executive, operations, and HR experience with a passion for people-focused engagement. She is an invaluable member of Halvik’s senior leadership team. Her hands-on experiences as a Software Engineer and Chief Operation Officer for SSB Inc. prior to joining Halvik guide her interactions with our employees. Cathy enjoys collaborating and communicating with Halvik personnel and supporting animal welfare causes in her personal time. Cathy possesses an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and several management certifications.
