By providing excellent personnel and quality services to meet customer needs, Halvik earned numerous awards including Inc. 500, CIO Source Top 25 DevOps Companies, and CIO Review 50 Most Promising IT Service Companies. With these accolades in hand, Halvik started to invest heavily in our continued ability to deliver services at the highest quality level. Our efforts culminated in several CMMI appraisals and ISO certifications which capitalized on the processes our employees use every day.
As our customers’ needs changed and expanded, Madhavi and Vijay embarked on a plan to expand the Halvik’s leadership team. As a result of these personnel investments and our leadership’s focus on customer mission, Halvik has organically grown 30% year-over-year since 2015 as we expanded to support many other federal agencies.
Today, Halvik delivers a wide range of services to 13 executive agencies and 15 independent agencies. Our journey to become a company that contributes to our nation, our customers’ mission and our employees’ well-being remains grounded in Madhavi and Vijay’s original commitment – taking care of people. That simple philosophy is still at the heart of what we do today.

Our Story
Dr. Madhavi Bathula, Halvik’s founder, has always focused her attention on taking care of people. In her initial profession as a practicing neurologist, Madhavi trained at some of the best medical schools in the world, including Johns Hopkins. Her compassion for caregiving and her drive to bring the best aspects of her medical training to IT led her to found Halvik in 2007. Together with her husband Vijay, Madhavi committed herself to building a company based on their shared vision of “creating a workspace where we can work together, contribute to our nation and our employees’ well-being.”
