The Department of Homeland Security established the Services for Enabling Agile Delivery (SEAD) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract vehicle to provide consulting services for Agile principles and practices. The BPA provides hands-on coaching services, design, and modern development techniques to improve the knowledge and expertise of Agile principles and practices. The three levels of Agile coaching provided in the scope include:

• Enterprise Coaching: Services that assist in organizational and cultural change as a result of adopting Agile principles and practices.
• Process Coaching: Services that focus on Agile processes and practices at the team or program level.
• Technical Coaching: Services to promote repeatable, sustainable and maintainable solutions for the continuous delivery of software.

Team Halvik brings extensive experience providing Agile Coaching services and our highly Skilled Staff of 100 Agile Coaches ready to support DHS. We have industry recognized thought leaders supported through our Agile Center of Excellence. Our team is focused on providing DHS with cost-effective solutions, with highly trained staff leveraging reusable components and material from our growing library. We are a low-risk option as we have a repeatable knowledge transfer processes we have used to successfully launch similar programs at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Capital One, the Department of Energy, and our current SEAD contract supporting TSA.
